Winter wonderland
It is the winter and we all hit this place, that may feel lower: lower energy, lower motivation, lower will power because we are exposed to temptations every time we go to the store and see the box of Christmas cookies.

By the way, the hustle and bustle season is in full swing. I am personally not any busier than the rest of the year and that's by design.
Just want to say, it's ok to say no and prioritize your sleep, your movement and rest.
