And it works. My life is a testament of it. I have a marriage that is only getting better. I homeschool my oldest. My youngest is thriving and reaching milestone after milestone despite complex medical matters. My girls are engaged, learning and wholesome. I have a great relationship with them and we have a ton of fun together. We don't live a rushed lifestyle. Neither I nor my children are stressed out. I work out 3 times a week, eat a nutrient-dense diet and have improved my body composition, increased my Vo2 max and feel younger than I am. I spend hours in prayer and scripture every day and I am growing in my spiritual journey. I have a weekly podcast, newsletter, and a growing coaching business. I don't take the time to acknowlege this as much as I should. Chatting with Anokhi helped me see that I have purpose in every area of my life. No wonder why I have so much energy and so much joy! And let me remind you that purpose is one of the 7 pillars of a longer happier and wealthier life. I am not saying this to show off, but to tell you that it can be the same for you.
