These are my 5 principles for a diet that supports longevity. Five principles that are timeless, universal, backed by science and stand the test of time:

Principle #2: Seek nutrient density

Principle #3: Eliminate sugary drinks and control blood sugar

Principle #4: Be strategic with meal timing

Principle #5: Nurture your gut bacteria
