But did you know that getting strong abs does absolutely nothing for belly fat?!

The reason it is last to go, is that very few personal trainers or weight loss coaches have studied visceral fat enough to know the specific facts about how to get visceral fat out of storage and burnt.

But that's not all. Insulin must be low for the enzymes that release fat molecules to work. And we need to have less calories coming in, to make sure our body taps into the fat we carry to be used for energy.
Knowing these facts gives you leverage.
And not knowing these facts may cause you to follow the common advice and tactics, which would lead you to be doing the wrong things, which is a waste of time, effort and money.
